Cooking For Heart and Soul (Recommended by Y. Appiah):
This is my kind of cookbook. Cooking for Heart and Soul is full of colorful pictures and tasty recipes for very healthy dishes. A vegetarian and dieter's treasure. Check it out today!

Taste of Home Cookbook (Recommended by R. Jones):
A wide variety of easy to follow American recipes from Taste of Home magazine. References and indexes (food and ingredient) are excellent. Each recipe contains nutritional information.
