Decatur Campus Authors' Festival

The Decatur Campus of GPC and the GPC Writers Institute are proud to announce that the 2nd Decatur Campus Authors' Festival will be held on Tuesday, October 25 - Wednesday, October 26, 2005 on the Decatur Campus of Georgia Perimeter College.

This year's festival will feature award-winning Georgia writer Tina McElroy Ansa. Her novels Baby of the Family and Ugly Ways have been featured on the 25 Books Every Georgian Should Read list compiled by the Georgia Center For The Book. Ms. Ansa will present a broad overview of the creative writing process from 11:00am - 12:45pm on Tuesday, October 25th. She will also participate in a reading and book signing from 6:30pm-8:00pm on the 25th.

The festival will also feature a discussion on marketing your books with Michelle Gipson of the Atlanta Daily World on Wednesday, October 26th from 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
