J. Hue Henry Lecture

On March 22, 2006 the Decatur Campus Symposium presented a talk by J. Hue Henry as part of the Symposium series on The Jan Kemp Case: Athletics and Education At UGA. Dr. Leroy Ervin Lecture

On March 21, 2006 the Decatur Campus Symposium presented a talk by Dr. Leroy Ervin, formerly of the UGA Developmental Studies Department. Atlanta Reads

The Atlanta Bureau of Cultural Affairs has announced Atlanta Reads: One Book, One Community, a program to encourage all citizens of the Atlanta area to read and discuss a single book of local interest. Following the announcement of the book on May 9th, there will be programs and events over the Summer and an appearance by the author in September.

You can vote for the book of your choice from a list of 6 potential books at the Atlanta Reads website through April 30.

AccessCard Server Outage

On Wednesday, April 12th AccessCard services in the Bookstore, Campus Cafe and vending machines will not be available due to a server upgrade. All V-Machines will be offline and the ID card offices will be closed as well. Photocopy and printing services should be available.

Service should be restored on Thursday, April 13th but some outages may continue for the next few days.
